I work nightshift and need a coffee from Tim’s several times each night,I have to say Jen and Jess have always been high points in my night..They know my order,my name,have a smile for me at the window…and one on my cup! It makes my nights easier when I know someone cares and when the winter storms hit and I am at the end of my rope..that smile looking back at me helps me hold on a bit tighter..you girls ARE THE BEST!!!..See you tonight in the drive thru!!

  2. I had to purchase another Tim’s coffee mug because I was informed that it was not a Tim’s mug even though it said it at the bottom. The coffee was leaking all over the store so returned to ask for another to no avail. It sounds like Tim’s does not guarantee their products to enjoy a coffee. So now Tims what do I do?

    • I just have a lot of respect for the drive thru staff at the new location at 251 Ritson Road in Oshawa. Why? Because they show gratitude and great customer service support to all of their customers. They did their best to honour their drive thru times at the window , under 20 seconds per order in my opinion. Now ,as a past front counter staff member, I want to inform you all at head office, you should utilize this store as one of your upcoming commercial projects. My name believe it or not is the Princess.
