Eligibility: WKYC.com Contest is open only to legal U.S. resident of the State of Ohio who are residents of the City of Cleveland, Ohio and the following counties: Ashland, Ashtabula, Carroll, Cuyahoga, Erie, Geauga, Holmes, Huron, Lake, Lorain, Medina, Medina, Portage, Richland, Stark, Summit, Tuscarawas and Wayne and who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
