Since moving down South i have repeatedly tried to enter the weekend crossword competition but cannot access , the only time i got through it was for a competition several weeks previously.
I am now trying again to submit my answer to the crossword in magazine of 2nd April 2020.

I have contacted Waitrose on many occasions about this very problem and it was suspected that my older iPad was the problem, but I can assure you that since I bought my latest version last Christmas I still encounter difficulty in accessing the crossword competition. In the end I just give up. Life’s too short!
Yes I agree no matter what device I use I cannot access the current competition. I like doing crosswords so a competition one added to this? Does anyone ever win this ? I challenge Waitrose to publish the name of the winner!!

I stayed up late last night completing a crossword in the Weekend magazine for the first time. I’ve just spent ages on a Sunday evening trying to find and complete the entry form. What a hopeless experience. It won’t even accept my post code. This is incompetence. Come on Waitrose, you are losing goodwill over a simple thing which should be a pleasure and fun.
Completed the Waitrose crossword (final entry date 11/08/2020). Attempted to submit my entry on Tues 11th Aug, but my entry could not be accepted. Having read numerous comments about the difficulties experienced by other shoppers, I perhaps should not have been surprised!

Week after week I try to enter this crossword competition. And every time it’s a struggle. I usually manage it eventually, but surely a sophisticated outfit such as Waitrose could come up with something a bit more accessible. It’s a poor show.
I have had the same problem. I have managed several entries over the past few months but it has been a struggle. It often brings up an entry page from weeks earlier. All in all a poor show. It should not be difficult to solve the problem.

I tried to enter the crossword comp dated 23/09/21 before the closing date 29/09/21. The competition web site stated that the closing date will be 14/09/21 !!!!! After reading other comments on the site does ANYBODY EVER WIN!!
