  1. Your comment is awaiting moderation.
I was given a classic collectable magnets package in a sealed green bag after purchasing 2 cartons of VB stubbies from the Blue Pacific Hotel, Bribie Island.
On my next purchase of VB stubbies, from the Blue Pacific Hotel Bribie Island, I was given 2 magnets in clear plastic which means, in my opinion, any purchaser of VB stubbies from this establishment will now not have the privilege of having a winning magnet.
When I challenged the Bottle shop salesman about this he said “it’s a fridge magnet giveaway for buying VB”
I said “sorry mate it’s a “blind”competition. you don’t decide who gets what magnet. there are no instructions with these magnets about what to do”
Just thought I would let you know how some people abuse your rewards competition against your loyal customers.

  3. WE HAVE A WINNING MAGNET BUT THE ENTRY FORM WON’T ACCEPT THE UNIQUE CODE. WE DEFINITELY HAVE ENTERED IT CORRECTLY, 20 TIMES! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME! CAN’T WIN IF YOU CAN’T ENTER…

  4. I feel very disillusioned by this promotion. The products in the merchandise store are overpriced. I have three winning caps and I will be redeeming NONE of them as when I tried to order a humble stubbie holder for $15.(Voucher value) I was going to be slugged a $5.00 shipping fee. Sorry but do you really think that a stubbie holder could have an intrinsic value of $20???? I think you can learn a lot from the Great Northern/BCF promo wherein a $10 voucher is redeemable via the claim code in store (Giving much more choice, providing a real incentive). Extremely disappointed !!!!!

  7. Australian’s as a whole do not complain. to see 9 negative responses is astounding and it is fair to say this comp was poorly set up. I understand how it is used to gather information, but maybe making happy your customers may have had a more positive result. how nice it would to get 2 magnets and a simple card to the value of $15.00 which we could redeem with your next purchase of VB. the bottle shops could credit those to there carlton united account. I have 7 $15.00 caps, it’s to much effort for me to enter.

  8. I note that my previous comment is no longer in the 10 published. Does that mean that I will receive notification on how to enter “receipt “.It must be an
embarassment to VB that this method of advertising is such a shambles. I have tried for the last time on entry form. It is a con.

  10. WOFTAM Has been my tipple for much more than 50 years, and unlikely to change now. Why cut off ones nose etc. But I agree with all the negative comments above. But it is the “professional” mob, classiccal etc etc who should be hung out to dry.

  11. I too won a $15 E-Voucher. Who keeps receipts for a carton of beer. I note others have had the same problem so cant claim their prize either. Well if that’s the case, hit VB where it hurts, I simply won’t be buying and more of their products. I’m happy to try another brand and if I like it I’ll stay with that. VB, you have my name and email address if someone cares to contact me about this “promotion”
