  1. DEAR REE, I HAVE BOUGHT YOUR MAGAZINES AND COOK BOOKS FOR A WHILE. ENJOYED THE ARTICLES AND THE ITEMS I COOKED ARE ALWAYS A BIG HIT. I HAVE REALLY ENJOYED WATCHING YOUR FAMILEY GROW UP AND YOU AND LADD ARE A AWESOME COUPLE. IN YOUR MOST RECENT MAGAZINE THE ARTICLE ABOUT ALL OF YOUR DOGS WAS SO SWEET. WE HAVE CHARLIE SALT/PEPPER SHAKERS. I WAS SO SORRY TO SEE NAN HAD PASSED AWAY. I AM 74 AND COULD REALLY RELATE TO NAN AND CHUCK. I ALWAYS ENJOY YOUR MAGAZINES AND LOOK FORWARD TO RECEIVING THEM. CAN’T WAIT TO COME AND VISIT YOUR BOARDING HOUSE. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND KNOW YOU ARE LOVED.

  2. I subscribe to 3 different cooking magazines, but what I love the most about your magazine is the personal touch you add to each one. I am preparing as we speak, to get a subscription to your magazine. I love that you not only have recipes, but clothing and decorating tips. I feel like I’m sitting down and having a conversation with you when I read your articles. You are down-to-earth and come across that way as approachable in your magazine as well! I admire your strength as a woman and that you put family first.

  3. I did buy your magazine for the 1st time and although it is very nice with many features and good recipes, I am afraid that I won’t be able to buy it again as it is much too expensive at $4,99 each and 18.00 for a subscription of only 4 magazines !!! I thought getting the subscription but it is too much for a retired lady on a fixed income.

  4. Dear Ree, I love your Winter Issue 2018, magazine my Mother told me to subscribe to your magazine before I had to put her in the hospital on her 88th, Birthday this year, and then they put her in the nursing home in which she passed away in June, your magazine was my Birthday gift from her this year. Anyway, I can honestly relate to your loss of your Mother-In-Law, because my Mother passed away in June and my Father-In-Law passed away in August, I really LOVE your article on LOVE AND LOSS, my Daddy passed away in 2003, and I miss him so very much, he was a veteran of the Navy, and my Father-In-Law, was a veteran of the Army. I would not change a thing about your Wonderful Magazine, it is Wonderful, Warm, and Very Touching to Families who need a very special HUG from you even if it is through your Magazine or your Amazing Show on FoodNetwork, Be Blessed This year, and in The New Year ahead, and may GOD BLESS, YOU & LADD, and your AMAZING CHILDREN!!!!!!

  6. I have bought my first Pioneer Woman magazine and loved it I will keep buying it. Also love watching your show on T V. You look so relaxed and make it all look so easy. I will be trying out some recipes for upcoming seasons. Just one thing I would like to see included is Cookies that are good for freezing for Christmas. It is always a hectic time for me with so much to do but my favourite time of year besides Easter. I would like to get a head start on some cookie baking. So glad we have the Mag. in Canada and I see now there is items I want to buy at our local Walmart. Blessings to all our American friends.

  8. Hi Ree, Your magazine is awesome, I simply love it, and have every issue. Not only do I subscribe for myself, but my sisters as well, so when your magazine arrives, we all talk about what our favorite recipe is, what we like about your cookware, and your articles on family. It truly is an upscale magazine, which we all truly enjoy! I visited The Mercantile again this Fall, next summer we are going to come again, with some of my sisters. I belong to a Cookbooks Club; this past year we prepared recipes out of your cookbook, Come and Get It. We then take “the dish” to a member’s home and sampling the recipe. Yes, our dinners included appetizers, salads, vegetables, entrees and desserts. Thank you for writing your magazine, as well as your cookbooks. It is so great that you have included your family, parents, in-laws, Ladd and your children in your TV shows.

  9. Ree, I have been following you for about 6 months, I love your shows I tape them every day, I wanted to get your books but little high for me, I bought one of your magazines and I love it! Can’t wait to buy another’s, l love all your products that Wal-Mart has bit I have to wait awhile for more funds. The instant pot like you got love it, I don’t want anyone s but yours but yours is a little pricey I can’t afford that much, with me being on disability. I wish you the best of luck with your magazines and I’ll keep getting more, love hearing about the family how ever one is doing, the recipes are great, with you could do more then 4 a year. Love it. I hope that maybe I might become a lucky winner so I can get one of those cooking pots the ones that are $99. One question about this one can you pull roast, pork chops, ground beef,or even chicken, from the freezer to the pan? I have trouble remembering to set meet out and it causes me to eat supper at about 7-8, or I spend money I surely don’t have to eat out, I would love to put meal in and let it go.

Thanks so much foe doing the shows and the books love looking back on the pictures and the magazine is great taking to any where to ready it.

Wishing you and the family a great happy holidays be safe and have fun!

I was given one of your cookbooks for Mother’s Day a few years ago and enjoy your cooking show on tv. I also am enjoying a subscription to your magazine. 11. Just adore your magazine. I read it from cover to cover. I especially like the instructions that come with the recipes! I love your show also. I read all of the magazine and watch the show and literally hate to cook. Wish there were a way to get me to like to cook. But your magazine is still inspiring me. Keep up the good work!

  12. Hello,..just read your spring issue! Fabulous! Funny story,I buy multiple magazines when grocery shopping. I save yours for last, cause it’s my favorite, gotta savor you know. Not this time, the cover was just to tempting. Now I have nothing to look forward to! Anyhoo…I have one tinny, tinny requests please. I love all your suggestions for clothes, jewelry and products. But many items are just too expensive for me. No way can I afford a pillow for 82 dollars. I would love for you to have a bargain spot for us that are on a limited budget. May your spring be full of rain, the smell of flowers, and good food! Thanks for making my day better with your magazine!

  14. I really enjoy your magazine and watching you on food network. I have many of your cookbooks and enjoy them all. The item I would suggest is that in your magazine you could list a craft item with instructions, such as how to fold napkins, crochet pot holders, make a decorated egg, crochet a scrubby with picture, how to properly clean pots and pans etc.

  15. This is just a few suggestions for articles in the magazine. Silverware patterns esp the older ones, china patterns esp the older ones, Hopechest Are they still in existence? Purpose and items that would have been placed in them. Betty Crocker used to let you use points to purchase real Silver ware.
Maybe a short bio on that company, then and now how they are keeping up with the times.
There used to be this antique dinner ware that had cattle brands on it. It may have been metal.
You have a wonderful magazine and may have covered some of these areas before, but we don’t always get the magazine here.

  16. I read your magazine for the first time in a doctor’s office and was immediately impressed by its content and lack of advertising. I’ve be so frustrated with magazines in general that I’ve actually not renewed many of them. When I get a new issue from Better Homes and Gardens, for example, I leaf through it and remove about 1/3 of the pages because of the excessive ads, primarily from pharmaceuticals. I’ve even written them but to no avail. But your magazine is wholesome, informative and pleasant. Kudos to you, Ree. I highly respect what you stand for!
