  1. Those of us loyally supporting your Hedgesville location would think highly of an effort to extend the expiration date on our gas points. We realize our store is smaller therefore limited by shelf space and often plan the bigger trips for your Martinsburg store….the gas store. It’s frustrating to build up five or six hundred points only to find that the very day you shop that your now low gas tank will reap no reward😎

  6. Shopped tonight 12/07/2023 around 7pm Using a handicap cart. Had customer service get me 35 bottle case of water & 5 six packs of soda brought to front. Checked out & told cashier about items in other cart. so she could add to my order.
Paid for my stuff, bags remain on counter ( no offer to help with bags ) while she starts to chat with another employee, Have to ask for help, bags filled too heavy, another girl comes & re packs so they can be lifted. I ask for help to get items 5 cases of sodas, water & groceries into my car, I WAIT, & WAIT. Employees standing around (store was not busy) chatting with each other, texting & doing whatever on their cell phones. I finally got tired of waiting & now you see an old, gray-haired pushing 80 years old driving a handicapped cart & pulling a loaded regular cart, water & sodas behind her, while employees standing around chatting say to her “Have a nice night” SO YOU TELL ME, HOW ARE YOU DOING?????? I proceed to parking lot & load all my stuff by myself. Unfortunately I’m a CAPTIVE audience as this is the only grocery store near me.

  7. While we know quality employees are hard to find in this economy, however, this is not an excuse for disrespect. I doubt if we will return to Martins at the Rising Sun Towne Center, Rising Sun, Md.
We were very disappointed with the cashier, Kristen. She had an attitude that was sarcastic.
Although, the rest of your staff was very helpful, the impression this employee left with us was very
    unsatisfactory, to say the least.
