  1. I did some shopping at a store of yours that probably has a Herndon,VA, address and attempted to take your customer survey. However, I could not figure out what Giant page to click on. No matter what I clicked on, I was not directed to your survey. If you want satisfied customers, why can’t you make it obvious how a shopper can take the survey easily and go on his/her merry way.

  2. Hi I just had a 15 minute look for a giant food survey and decided to use this one, probably a waist of time since who knows where this goes.
    Suggestion when sending text to pick up the statement is vague, misunderstood, it should READ,
    “ Your order is ready for pickup, To save time on your food pickup! Tap this link,or text On my way…”
    It doesn’t say it’s ready! Just how to save time. I had to call the store for clarification. Order was ready a couple hours early.
    Please consider changes so that common dumb people like me understand.
