Once your completed form is accepted, you will receive one entry into the sweepstakes.
Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry, and is a classroom teacher or other School Staff Member at a K-12 school identified by the user in the user’s online registration form.
