the cashiers some times or not polight and do not rap glass materials so they will not brake.some times there are not enough cashiers. i do like the store on the other hand and prices.
Store #15325 will no longer be my place to shop! Reason: I went back to the store the same day I purchased $39.06 worth of merchandise, but did not come home with 8.25 inch rachet pruner valued @ $6.00 nor 8 count Pedigree Pouch dog food valued at $4.00, but the store had no bag with those items left in it. Transaction # on the ticket was 1380. I figured they must have just returned the items to their respective shelf locations. They made no attempt to make restitution. VERY DISSATISFIED!!!
I like shopping at dollar general but the store in chesaning is always cluttered hard to get through the store shelfs always messy the store is just always a mess

Normally our customer service in Wakefield, Ks. Is very pleasant. Tonight I had a cashier who was rude and yelled at me and unfortunately I responded. She refused to finish checking me out and had another associate come and finish my order who was pleasant. This is my first encounter with a rude cashier at this store. The Monroe city mo store refunded the cost of my pants due to a damaged bleach bottle. Jodie and Sherry went above and beyond. Great store,visit weekly. My pants were ruined. Jodie took my info and by the end of the day the cost of my new pants was returned to me. They are awesome. The dollar general store is a great asset to our community!!
