  1. When at your store looking at kitchen units robin offered his help without me having to ask him. He was kind and patient and we were so grateful for his help. Robin also went out of his way and helped us load our car he is a credit to your store. Its lovely to meet such a nice person who works with the public we need more people like him

  2. As I entered the store I was greeted by a smiling young lady who asked what products I was looking for and then took me to the plumbing spares I required. On returning to the tills the same young lady escorted me to the tills and then proceeded to complete my sales.Altogether a very pleasant experience.

  3. Having travelled from Middlesbrough to the Scotswood B&Q near Newcastle for a particular product, (unavailable locally) I was helped by an extremely helpful and pleasant B&Q operative named Carl.
He explained several things to me and expertly cut a 2.5 metre long piece of high gloss furniture panel to the exact dimensions I gave.
Many thanks Carl for managing my requests and making a relatively long journey (104 mile round trip) as productive as it could be.

  4. I have visited the Llandudno three times in the last month and I have found the staff most knowledgeable, helpful and polite, particularly Jackie at the checkout.

  5. I was in Farnborough yesterday and had my baby with me. Emma W was so helpful and I couldn’t praise her more. She collected a trolley for me and even helped me to the tills and then my car with my heavy paint items. She was very thoughtful and helpful to a new mum and it really made my experience at B&Q a very positive one.

  6. We were in desperate need of a new ladder with which to access our loft. Our holiday suitcases are stored up there and we are about to go off for a well needed holiday in Greece. We are two pensioners, not as agile as they’d been in the past, with an ancient wobbly ladder only suitable for acrobats. So we took ourselves off to the B&Q store at Castlepoint, Bournemouth. We found the area where all kinds of ladders were on display without any trouble, but couldn’t decide which one would be suitable for our needs. So we approached an assistant to ask for advice. His name was Graham, aka ‘little Graham’. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He took careful note of our particular needs and spent time to show us the pros and cons of each kind. We are consequently delighted with our purchase, all thanks to ‘little Graham’.
