How to Participate: To participate CVS Pharmacy Vaccine Sweepstakes, candidates needs to schedule a CVS flu shot appointment at a CVS Pharmacy. After receiving a Flu Shot vaccine at CVS, visit online entry page to complete and submit your entry to receive one entry.
Eligibility: The CVS.com Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia excluding, Arkansas, New Jersey, and New York, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Duration: The CVS Pharmacy Flu Shot Sweepstakes begins on October 3, 2022 and ends on November 13 2022.
