We have a pretty spectacular property in the Fingerlakes area of upstate,NY with 55 acres including the Bristol Mountain and winding creeks and close access to two finger lakes. We have a separate two story barn with private access that is ripe for a renovation with spectacular views. Nearby wineries, micro brewers, fine and casual dining, vintage antiques, Bristol Mountain skiing/snow boarding (3 miles away), camping, hiking, and Canandaigua Lake. There are very limited rental accommodations near us.
