Eligibility: The Chipotle.com Survey is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of entry.

My grandchildren and I went to the Chipotle on Sawmill Road, Powell on Monday, September 17, 2018. We ordered two salads with water and a childs taco with drink. I was charged over $45. We were over charged for food that we did not order, but were charged for. When I questioned the amount, the manager did refund the $26.43 overcharge. Really did not state she was sorry for the over charge. The only other people in the place were off duty employees eating before they left for the day. We were also there on 9/10/18 and were treated very well (the place was packed). This is a place we will not be visiting for some time. Has others complained about the serve and miscalculation of their bill?
