How to Participate: To enter City of Chattanooga Sweepstakes, candidates needs to received their both COVID-19 vaccine doses. Now visit online entry page and follow instruction to complete and submit your entry with valid personal details to receive entries.
Eligibility: The Chattanooga.gov Sweepstakes is open only to legal citizen of the United States and a permanent resident of Hamilton County, Tennessee, who have reached the age of 18 years old at the time of entry and have received both doses of a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine or a single dose of a one-dose COVID 19 vaccine.
Duration: The Chattanooga Vax Sweepstakes begins on August 06, 2021 at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ends on Sunday, October 31, 2021 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET.
