  1. I have a large home on the lake with a beautiful view. My home was built in the early 80’s and has had some updates over the years. It is more traditional but would love to add a modern touch to it.

  2. I am in need of new carpet or wood floors, a landscaping of my yard, am 86 and cannot afford nor in good physical shape to do any of the above. It would be so good to have my family over for dinner and see the improvements that would be made for me. Thank you for reading this.

  6. I have lived in this house almost 46 years. I have been trying to get a new kitchen for years. A former realtor told me that I would never be able to sell my house unless I updated my kitchen. Counters are salmon. Ugh
