I purchased a suitcase on 02/23/28 from the Winners store in Windsor, Ontario.
We went on a cruise on April 6,2023. The bottom wheels seemed a little tight to roll but thought that was because it was new. On vacation the case weighted 42 lbs full. Two of the wheels would collapse making it difficult to handle.
At the Windsor store, the clerk told me it was used and I had to contact the manufacturer. Well, it was used once and that’s how I found out about the problem. I got the not my problem line and now trying to contact the manufacturer. I’m in no hurry to purchase anything from Winners again.

My birthday is on 29th November, I took out time to do some shopping today and it was a great experience, the staff are great and supportive. Will love to shop more if I can.

Great feeling at entering the store.Always clean, fantastic Christmas goodies and decorations give you a warm feeling. Althoughhe the thermostat should be turned down, too hot to shop comfortably.
