How to Participate: To enter the Loblaws Survey, candidates need to visit the survey page first. Enter the 19 to 21 digit code printed on the bottom of your purchase receipt. After you finish the survey, your entry will be counted for the survey and receive $1000 PC gift card or One million (1,000,000) PC Optimum Points for shopping experience.
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Canada who are age of majority or older in their respective province or territory of residence.
