This is like no other survey I have ever done. Usually there are questions of some kind or another. However, the staff at my Safeway at River and Osborne in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada are terrific, controlling traffic very nicely and with good manners. I think they are very brave to be open and I tell them so.
A very nice ambiance in store and a warm welcome from the staff is such an edge to entice more consumers.Additional brand to sell will be a good improvement and a competitive price will give support

Just a suggestion to managers. When the stores require the new rules of personal bags only, please tell cashiers to give people a chance to get used to bagging their own groceries. I had a cashier shoot my groceries through to me so fast that I couldn’t get them in the bags fast enough. She then proceeded with the next people in line while I tried to stay out of their way. Very frustrating. I don’t think I was that slow, I used to be a Safeway cashier!
I shop at the Tuxedo SC. you have stopped carrying Becel salt free which I need for health reasons. now I have to shop elsewhere for it and will likely buy other goods while at it. your loss!
Last time I shopped at Safeway I got 2 flower arrangements for friends who lost husband and Dad. I purchased other food. Lynne L. in the floral dept. helped me carry out my order to mu car. The Hinton, Safeway is always a friendly store to shop.
I only shop at my local Safeway as I have become friends with the staff who always care about my family and my best interest.
Great store to shop in, very friendly staff. Products are displayed nicely and fresh produce is always fresh! Can’t think of anything you cannot buy @ Safeway! I have needed gift cards, you have them, fresh flowers always, great deli meat items. MY ONE STOP SHOP 😊
I find the staff to be very helpful and always answer any questions I have . I only thing is the little patio where you can enjoy a meal you bought is not very clean. But I love to shop at my Safeway Marpole .
