Hi, my name is Diane and enjoy the food at Panda. I also have rewards to use to buy gift cards from my bank. I went to Panda Express , San Jose 2728 and gave the gift card to pay for the food. The girls didn’t understand the paper that I gave them. One of the girls when in the back and should this man the paper. She came back to me and said he said that we can’t take this, and he said that you have to call it in. I tried to ask the girl to get him here. He refused. My husband was very upset. I didn’t want to start something. We paid for the food . I still have my gift card and I want to use it.
