Eligibility: The Livewithkellyandmark.com Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the U.S. and the District of Columbia (D.C.) (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older or the age of majority in their jurisdiction as of the date of entry.

(1) Grand Prize Winner:
- Win a trip for two (2) to New York, N.Y. for a minimum of three (3) days/two (2) nights to a maximum of five (5) days/four (4) nights including round-trip coach air transportation, minimum of three (3) days/two (2) nights to a maximum of five (5) days/four (4) nights hotel accommodations, five hundred dollar ($500) cash award to cover travel expenses, haircut/hair styling session Makeover Experience, VIP admission for the winner and his/her guest to the Show, three thousand dollar ($3,000) cash award to off-set tax, AirLight Pro hair dryer.
