Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Ontario, Quebec, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island who are a Canadian resident, who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence at the time of entry.
