After making your purchase, follow the instructions to complete the registration form with your correct personal information and purchase details. Once your form is received, you will receive one entry for the contest.
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the Ontario, Quebec, Newfoundland and the West, who are at lease 19 years of age or older at the time of entry.
