Hi my name is Karen I would love to enter my son Adam in for this contest he is 38 years young has a beautiful heart his past history has not been good he has been addicted to drugs for almost 17 years his sister we diagnosed with cancer at 15 he was 12 she was with us for 5 years after her diagnoses they were very close as kids it deeply affected him after her passing he was lonely and turned to drugs and drinking he finely decided it was his time to get clean he has been clean 1 Year and is doing well but he teeth is holding him back I have put about 40,000 into his mouth over the years and am now retired asking please if you could give him a new look on life thank you
