Eligibility: The Budgetspeechcompetition.co.za Sweepstakes is open to legal resident of the South African citizens or citizens of any countries below (Botswana, eSwatini, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Namibia, Nigeria, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda and Zimbabwe), who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
