  1. I really miss eating at Rallys…I ate there once a week for years, until I had a series of experiences that caused me and my wife and I to truly enact a “family wide” boycott! And for nearly 3 yrs now we still miss it. It was a simple issue of our orders being wrong not once, not twice or 4 or 5, but we quit counting at the mid 20’s and we said “hey, they obviously couldnt care less about there customers and even after contacting corporate, feed back links, and Facebook corp and we always got sincere sounding apologies, some occasional coupons, and even a few voicemails? But the only thing we wanted was cooks that cared enough about there job to JUST SIMPLY do there job correctly and NOT put a huge amount of onions on a sandwich that was requested/ordered with NO onions? Thats it…its that simple? When you are garaunteed to get sick after eating even a small peice of small onion, this is a definite deal breaker for me when a restaurant only gets orders correct 40-50% MAX of the time and after contacting Corporate etc etc they just showed me they have NO way to garauntee that the customer is getting what they paid for, but more like what they think they paid until you get home and unpackage to eat…unless you pull over and dig through all your to see if its right which MANY folks do, but thats completely rediculous to me, not to mention totally inconvenient. Basically all I’m saying is I gave up on Rallys as alot of people I’ve spoke to have done also…
