Optimist International Oratorical Contest 2017-2018 is started on optimist.org where you could receive a scholarship for use at a college, university or trade school only. The Contest will begin at the Club level, proceed to the Zone level and end with World Championships level. Prizes:
– First place scholarship of $2,500
– Second place scholarship of $1,500
– Third place scholarship of $1,000
