How about having it on later. You rang SE Qld this morning bit un fair as people are still asleep at 5.45 am our time. Disadvantaged by daylight savings it used to be on at 7.45am normal time so why have you changed it now to 6.45 DLS time which makes disadvantage to Qld, NT and WA. Come on play bit fairer. Make it 8.45 DLS for NSW which when you call it is 7.45 Qld and 7.15 for NT and 5.45 for WA.
As it was your error on 19/12/18 & you didnt advise viewers or by sms that you were not redrawing for today those that entered for today should be given free access to Mondays draw or refunded.
Why are normal home phones unable to enter the competition? What has changed? Most elderly (pensioners) people, who do not have a mobile phone, any electronic device or even the knowledge of how to use them for obvious reasons, now have zero chance of entering.

I have never of heard you guys ever ring up this way your always ring around nsw Sa gold coast and other areas I just thought I’d tell you guys people of all ages watch this Sunrise show to get this codeword so bear in mind people who live in different areas of different suburbs
I think you rings should be longer . 3 rings on some phones gp to four from your phone.
I was called on 11th January. I answered my phone on the second ring but is was the end of your 3rd call.
I had my mobil phone tested , and the rings are slower . when someone calls me on my mobil my 3rd ring is 4th ring on their phone . each technology is different there is a difference in the rings.
I sat with the phone in my hand , Sunrise was calling Goulburn the call came up as NO CALLER ID.Unknown 7.39 am incoming call 1 second. I took a screen shot. 12 January 2021.
First ring was short I answered it on the 2nd ring then the phone went dead. I heard nothing. this was at 7.39 am incoming call 1 second . Natalie Barr said we are calling down town Goulburn , I was holding my phone in my hand. I watch Sunrise every morning I have been watching Sunrise for years.
Then around 9am I got a phone call from Sunrise to tell me that they will give me $500.00 for entering the competition. that they called me and I missed the call.
I know I answered the Phone on the second ring But you can’t take on Sunrise.
I think the rings should be more than 3 rings that is or maybe they should use same mobil phones. maybe it takes longer for the phone ring to call Goulburn. That is technology.
Thank you for the $500,00 that will pay my Telstra bill for all those 55cent entry for the competition for many many years. I can’t enter competition because they called on.
After reading several replies and complaints I have realised sunrise does not ring me because I have been leaving my landline number and it seems that you do not ring landlines. After all these years I have been entering I am so disappointed and dis heartened absolutely enjoy your morning show and love you all. Continue whatever your doing and you are all down to earth and come Accross family orientated and good spirited people and great personalities. Love you all but please let me have a chance to win cash cow. I’m a single mother a grandmother of 2 adorable munchkins.
I’m going through so much pain. Washing machine broke last week and my car needs to go to the mechanic I have no spare money this cash cow winning would change my life forever. Hi I have been trying to sms the cash cow code word several times a day and having no luck. Having big problems trying to send sms. Keeps coming back message saying message has failed. It’s very frustrating. It’s not as straight forward to do as they say on sunrise. Hope you can help me. I’m very upset with the whole thing.
